Powder Mixing Method: Thoroughly mix HPMC powder with other powdered chemical seasonings, then dissolve in water. HPMC will dissolve immediately without clumping, as only a small amount of HPMC powder remains in each small area, dissolving instantly upon contact with water.
All types and specifications can be added to the raw materials using the dry mixing method. When adding the solution immediately at room temperature, it is best to use a cold water dispersible type, which will thicken after 10-90 minutes. For general types and specifications, use hot water for dispersion, then cool with cold water to dissolve. If lumps or caking occur during dissolution, it is due to insufficient mixing or adding cold water immediately to general types and specifications; rapid mixing is necessary.
If bubbles are generated during dissolution, they can be removed by allowing the solution to stand for 2-12 hours (the exact time depends on the consistency of the mortar), vacuum packaging, or pressurization. Adding an appropriate amount of defoaming additive can also help. All models and specifications can be added using the dry mixing method; they must be added immediately to the room temperature solution, preferably using a cold water dispersible agent. The thickening effect is generally achieved within 10-90 minutes after addition.
For most models and specifications, after adding the cold water dispersible agent, first stir and disperse with hot water, then cool to dissolve.
If clumping or encapsulation occurs during dissolution, stir and disperse with hot water, then stir with cold water, and cool to dissolve.
If bubbles appear during dissolution, vacuum packaging can be used, and an appropriate amount of defoamer can be added after dissolution.
